Because we pay no commission on a direct order, we can keep our online prices the same as the ones you would pay calling us or ordering in person — we are not marking the menu up to cover somebody else’s cut.
Where the Money Actually Goes
A dollar spent through a national delivery app leaves the neighborhood almost immediately. A dollar spent directly with us stays here: it pays the people in our kitchen, it buys produce and meat from suppliers we deal with in person, and it keeps the rent paid on a storefront in Maspeth rather than a headquarters somewhere else.
